Ingredients:

Sugar, Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers, Habenero Peppers, Vinegar, Water and Pectin

Suggestions & Pairings:

• Classically pairs with cream cheese or mascarpone cheese.

• Mix into mashed sweet potato.

• Slather on some mango.

• Stuff a pitted date with Monterey Jack cheese.  Wrap in 1/2 piece bacon and secure with a toothpick.  Brush jelly on bacon and date.  Bake in over at 350 degrees or grill.

• Slather on hot buttered cornbread.

• Mix equal parts soy sauce and jelly, add 1 T minced garlic.  Brush on grilled wings at end of cooking. (Or your choice of meat)

• Tastes great on a hamburger.
